Terms and conditions

By making payment, confirming a booking, or boarding the vessel, the charterer (“Client”) and all passengers agree to these Terms. Acceptance of these Terms constitutes a binding contract.

1. Booking Confirmation

1.1 A booking is confirmed only when:

> Full payment has been received

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 All cancellations must be submitted directly to the Company in writing and acknowledged by the Company.

2.2 Cancellation requests made to agents, third parties, or intermediaries are not valid unless confirmed in writing by the Company.

2.3 Cancellation fees are strictly enforced as follows:

30 days or more prior to the charter date:
→ 100% refund of payments received.

29 days or less prior to the charter date:
→ No refund under any circumstances.

2.4 The Client expressly agrees that this cancellation policy is fair, reasonable, and proportionate, and waives the right to dispute charges based on cancellation timing.

3. No-Show, Late Arrival & Early Termination

3.1 Failure to arrive on time, no-shows, or voluntary early termination of the charter shall result in no refund.

3.2 These situations do not constitute non-delivery of service under card network rules.

4. Bad weather cancellations 

4.1 If there is a official storm warning issued by the marine department in Phuket and its not safe to go on a yacht tour we will provide a full refund.
